Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.

What happens if I accidentally pay twice?

If a duplicate payment is made, we will issue a full refund of the extra payment after verifying the transaction. Please contact us with your order details.

Will the color or glaze fade over time?

No, our crockery is glazed using high-temperature techniques that make colors long-lasting and resistant to fading with regular use.

Can I return or exchange items?

We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges on unused items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item along with an unboxing video showing the issue to process the exchange.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines for custom or bulk orders may vary.

What steps do we take to protect the product during delivery?

Each item is securely packed with protective materials like foam and bubble wrap in sturdy boxes. We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely.
