Exchange Policy

At Art Circle, we strive to deliver high-quality ceramic and wooden crockery to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and transparent exchange process, please read our Exchange Policy carefully

1. No Return or Refund – Only Exchange Available

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. We only provide product exchange under certain conditions as mentioned below.

2. Conditions for Exchange

You may request an exchange only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The exchange request is made within 4 hours of placing the order
  • Once 4 hours have passed after placing your order, the order becomes non-exchangeable and non-cancellable under any circumstances

3. How to Request an Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us through either of the following methods:

Please mention your order number, full name, and a brief explanation for the exchange request. If the item is damaged, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

4. Response Time

Once your exchange request is received, it may take up to 48 hours for our team to review and get back to you — with or without approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline the exchange request based on the information provided.

5. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • Our delivery personnel will pick up the original item from your address
  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, the replacement item will be shipped to you
  • You will receive the new product within 7 working days from the date of pickup

6. Important Notes

  • The product being exchanged must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
  • We do not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative
